1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BAS Draft ("the Service"), operated by APX Group LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all floor plans and designs you create. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We may access your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users' access to the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. APX Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
