We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe. We also collect usage data including floor plan metadata, feature usage patterns, and device information.
We use your information to provide and improve BAS Draft services, process payments, send service communications, and ensure platform security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your floor plan data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store full card numbers. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS.
We use Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@basdraft.com. You can export your floor plan data from the application.
